  • How many events are there?
    There are 5 SHOT events scheduled for 2025.
  • How many courses are there per event?
    Most of our events will have 5 separate courses varying in length and style.
  • How many targets per course?
    Each course will have 20-25 targets on them.
  • How far can I expect the shots to be?
    Each course is unique but we try to divide the course to follow something like: 20-50 yds 30-70 yds 40-100+ yds
  • Is there water or food on the courses? If not, am I allowed to bring my own?
    Most events have food and water available for purchase, but you may also bring your own.
  • How long can I expect a course to take?
    Each course is different but you can expect anywhere from 2-4 hrs per course.
  • Can I shoot multiple courses per day?
    Yes, we do not have "tee off times" and you may choose to shoot any course at anytime during operating hours.
  • Can I shoot with the people that I attend with or will I be assigned a group?
    You can shoot with whoever you want to, we do not assign groups.
  • Do I have to shoot from the cone?
    No, while the cone is the designed shot you may move closer to the target if you are not comfortable shooting from the cone.
  • Can I use a crossbow?
    No crossbows are allowed on the course.
  • Can I use broadheads?
    No broadheads allowed on the course.
  • Can I bring others along that won't be shooting?
    Non-shooters are welcome to our events but must check in at registration to sign a waiver.
  • Is there an extra charge for a spectator?
    There is no charge for non-shooters at the SHOT events except for the Tulsa Post Oak Event in which there will be a $10 non-shooter charge that will also grant access to the TOP Expo. More information to come.
  • How many arrows should I bring?
    That depends on your skill level, you may bring as many as you feel comfortable with.
  • Do you supply, rent or loan bows?
    We do not rent or supply bows or arrows. We may have vendors in attendance that sell equipment but that varies from event to event.
  • Do you give lessons on shooting?
    No.
  • Is there an age requirement?
    There is no age requirement, however kids under 18 are required to have a legal guardian to sign release waiver.
  • Is there a kids course?
    All of our courses are designed for all age groups and all skill levels, you can make each course as easy or as difficult as you choose.
  • Can I shoot the same course more than once?
    Absolutely.
  • How do I enter to win prizes?
    We have several Novelty Shots that have great prizes.
  • Where do I get tickets for Novelty Shots?
    Novelty Shot tickets are sold at the registration desk.
  • What scoring system do you use on the targets?
    Because our courses are fun shoots you can choose the scoring system you prefer.
  • What classes am I able to enter?
    We do not have "classes" for our shoots. All courses are fun shoots.
  • Is a rangefinder allowed?
    Yes!
  • Are binoculars allowed?
    Yes!
  • Is there any restricted equipment? Lenses, magnifiers, stabilizers, arrow types?
    No cross bows and no broadheads are allowed on the course. You may shoot with any type of bow set-up, target style, hunting style, lenses, stabilizers, etc. There may be some restrictions for specific novelty shots.
  • How do I register?
    Register for each event online at our website or the registration gate.
  • Do I have to register or can I just show up and shoot?
    You must register either in person at the registration gate or online at our website. Online registration will still require a “check-in” at the registration gate to receive your “passes”. We offer discounted prices for online pre-registration prior to the event.
  • Do I have to register online for the ASA qualifier only?
    No, we will accept pay at the gate registrations for ASA qualifiers at no additional charge.
  • Can I attend the SHOT event after I shoot the ASA qualifier?
    Yes, but you have to either be registered online or purchase a day pass at the SHOT registration desk to receive your wristband for the SHOT event.
  • What days/time are the ASA qualifiers?
    The ASA qualifiers will be on the first day of our events with a shotgun start of 8:00 am. The Tulsa Post Oak event will be a 2 day qualifier (Friday and Saturday) shotgun start at 8:00 am.

SHOT The 3D Experience

Liability Waiver

(All participants must sign. Parents of minors must sign for youth.)

IN CONSIDERATION of being allowed to utilize our facilities for various activities including archery

practices, instruction, and/or tournaments (collectively referred to as “Activities”) I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I understand dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, as well as the actions or inactions of others

participating in the Activities. I understand the nature of the Activities and acknowledge my experience and capabilities and believe I am qualified to participate in such Activities. I further acknowledge that I am aware that the Activities will be conducted in facilities open to the public. I further agree and warrant that if, at any time, I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activities.

 

2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that: (a) the Activities involve risks and dangers of SERIOUS BODILY INJURY,

INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH (Risks); (b) these Risks in which the Activities take place or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” NAMED BELOW; (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES incurred as a result of my participation in the Activities.

 

3. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE,

DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS SHOT 3D LLC,  its administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and further agree that if, despite this release, I, or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees named above, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSES, ATTORNEY FEES, LOSS LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COST ANY MAY INCUR AS THE RESULT OF ANY SUCH CLAIM.

 

4. FOR PARTIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE (UNDER 18); This is to certify that, as a parent or guardian for this

participant, I do consent not only to his/her release, but also for myself/ourselves, and my/our heirs, assigns and next of kin, to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability incident to my/our minor child’s involvement as stated above.

I have read this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, fully understand its terms and sign it freely and voluntarily.

Photo Release 

SHOT 3D LLC has my permission to use my and/or my child’s photograph publicly.  I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media.  I also understand that no royalty fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
